Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis, following up on overdue payments as necessary.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing or payment processing.
  • Monitor customer accounts for late payments and initiate collections procedures as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of outstanding receivables and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow management.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to accounts receivable management.

Requirements:

  • Associate in accounting required,
  • 3+ years of similar experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
