Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently searching for our next superstar - Part-Time Golf Shop Attendant. The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for working in the club’s golf shop and providing customer service to members and guests.

Responsibilities

· Adheres to policies of GoldOller Real Estate Investments.

· Opens and closes the Pro Shop and performs all associated duties.

· Acts on behalf of the Golf Director by administering existing policies and regulations.

· Responsible for interacting with members and guests and providing excellent customer service.

· Uses a computerized cash register to collect golf fees and make retail merchandise sales.

· Completes necessary registration paperwork.

· Determines order of play and calls players to the first tee making sure to stay on time.

· Answers the phone and makes reservations.

· Provides information and answers questions concerning various programs.

· Receives, prices and stocks various retail items.

· Assists with inventory count of retail items.

· Keeps the golf shop clean and orderly.

· When requested, pulls carts out and washes golf carts, puts carts in the storage area at the end of the day, empties trash and keeps the cart storage area clean and orderly.

· When assigned or requested, performs other duties related to the maintenance and operations of a golf course.

· Reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager on duty. Ensures the safety of all residents, regardless of age.

· Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Previous experience with a Point-of-Sale system and tee sheets.

· Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward job, team and facility.

· Demonstrate the ability to cooperate and work with others.

· Demonstrate consistent integrity, dependability, responsibility and be able to meet deadlines.

· Possess effective verbal/written communication and expression.

· Display a professional appearance with appropriate dress/uniform.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

· Able to show initiative and make decisions.

· Able to work a flexible schedule.

· Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
