Our Everett based client is looking for a Payroll Clerk. Candidate must have basic accounting experience, customer service skills, and be proficient in Excel. The Payroll Clerk role consists of processing weekly payroll, monthly union reporting, and utilization reporting. This position has opportunity for management growth in the upcoming years.

Responsibilities:

  • Print timesheets, sick leave and other payroll emails regarding time
  • Weekly timesheet and sick leave entry
  • Weekly certified payroll entry to LNI, LCP tracker, EMARS, CDS
  • Entering in new hire information
  • Filing
  • Verifications of employment
  • Monthly utilization reports
  • Enter employee updates
  • Monthly union reporting
  • Scanning and attaching EE info and timesheets
  • Employment security dept. UI claim questionnaire’s – stop claims
  • Help other payroll personnel with their duties
  • Cover for vacations or other time off
