Location: Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlets Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff

- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service

- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to make informed business decisions

- Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends

- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
