Claims Entry Specialist

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Entry Specialist to join our clients team in Goldsboro, NC. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the potential for growth.

As a Claims Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering claims data into our system. This will involve reviewing and verifying all information provided, including medical records and insurance information, to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will also be responsible for resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the claims entry process.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent data entry skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter claims data into our system

- Review and verify all information provided, including medical records and insurance information

- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the claims entry process

- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

- Keep up-to-date with industry changes and updates related to claims processing

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in data entry or claims processing preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
