Would you like to help people maintain a healthy diet and live healthy and fit lives for the long-term? Join our team of professionals in State College, Pennsylvania and make a difference in this hands-on wellness role. Our culture and commitment to excellence makes One on One truly special. We are not a health club; we do nothing but specialized fitness and nutrition programming.

To qualify for the position, candidates must have a sincere passion for fitness. Our perfect candidates are RD's who desire having a diverse and ongoing role in their clients' lives. Experience as a fitness professional is not required. All new team members will complete our comprehensive Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.

This position includes:

  • NO SELLING. One on One provides new team members with fitness and nutrition clientele upon completion of our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.
  • A COMPLETE BENEFITS PACKAGE including health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) plan, profit sharing and more.
  • INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP NUTRITION COUNSELING. Dietitian/Fitness Hybrids are expected to conduct nutrition counseling and education sessions in both personal and group settings.
  • PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on One's Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.
