Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients in need of health, life, and disability insurance coverage.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Educate clients on various insurance products, including health, life, and disability insurance options available to them.
  4. Analyze clients' current insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
  6. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage options, terms, and premiums in detail.
  7. Facilitate the application process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  8. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their insurance policies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of proven experience in selling health, life, and disability insurance products.
  3. Valid Life and Health insurance license required.
  4. Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  6. Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Resides in or willing to relocate to Modesto, CA.
