Samaritan Healthcare is looking for a Medical Assistant- Certified to join our Samaritan Clinics Samaritan Healthcare we are committed to providing the very best work environment for our employees and the very best care to our patients. As an MA-C, you will assist providers and other members of the clinic health care team. We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, the ability to demonstrate compassion, and anticipate future patient needs. Experience working as an MA-C in an urgent care setting is preferred, EPIC experience desired. This is a full-time position working 80 hours per pay period.

Requirements:

  • Active license in the State of Washington as a Medical Assistant-Certified (National certifications must still become credentialed through the WA State Department of Health)
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems, Epic preferred
  • Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
  • Previous experience in urgent care, and/or family medicine preferred.
