Summary:

We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in identifying and implementing improvements across all aspects of our manufacturing process. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Design and implement solutions to address production challenges.
  • Manage and optimize production workflows and equipment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on new product development and launch.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures.
  • Oversee safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Train team members on new processes and equipment.
  • Utilize various software programs to support manufacturing operations (details in Skills & Knowledge section).





Requirements

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
    • Experience with project management methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
    • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks a plus).
    • Experience with various manufacturing equipment (details in original description).
    • Ability to program machinery using relevant software (details in original description).
