This location is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD)- in either a Full Time or 1099 Contract position.

Multiple LTC/Skilled buildings w/in 1 hour radius and ALF - hiring for all positions, FT, PT and 1099 contract.

Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
  • Participation in the care planning process.
  • Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet our core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others).
