Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin our growing team of remote virtual receptionists and play a vital role in the success of our US-based clients. As a key member of our company, you'll provide warm, professional, and efficient phone support to businesses across a variety of industries. There will be opportunities for advancement for candidates who excel in the role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy or remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client services – Address basic client questions according to established guidelines. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
- Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies and packages.
- File and keep good records.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Accurately capture caller information and messages, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
- Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or higher
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (previous remote work experience is a plus)
