Programmatic Analyst – Townsquare Ignite

The Programmatic Analyst Opportunity:

As a Programmatic Analyst, you will analyze programmatic campaigns and translate complex data into easy-to-read visuals for the team. You will communicate campaign findings within the organization and help develop internal training on programmatic principles and tools. Additionally, you will ensure quality in campaign setups, provide performance updates, support the media buying team, and optimize campaigns to achieve business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on analyses of programmatic (Display, Video, CTV, Native, etc) campaigns
  • Translate complicated data sets and analyses into easy-to-read stats, charts, tables, and graphs for sales personnel
  • Effectively communicate campaign findings throughout the organization
  • Assist in the development of internal training curriculum as it relates to programmatic principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Quality assurance of campaign setups in various platforms
  • Proactively provide campaign performance and pacing updates
  • Handle various responsibilities that support the media buying team
  • Implement and optimize programmatic campaigns to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of digital media or programmatic platform experience (preferred)
  • Any digital media training courses such as the Google Ads certification (preferred)
  • Strong analytical background with solid data management skills
  • Understanding of both digital and traditional advertising landscapes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, start-up atmosphere
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, a natural problem solver
