Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking 10 CRNAs to join our well-established practice.

Job Description:

  • Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
  • Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
  • Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14
  • Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
  • Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
  • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
  • Care team model, equitable call schedule
  • Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
  • ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
  • Leadership who value YOU and your life outside of work

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual base salary starts at BR23K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
  • On-call rates:
    • BR50/night
    • Weekend day BR00
    • Cardiac BR50/night, BR00/day
  • Overtime/call back rate: BR/hr
  • Also open to 1099 candidates

  • 240hrs vacation/CME, plus 6 paid holidays & 8 hrs birthday pay

  • Board Certified CRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
