California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy has a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) opening with our outpatient ortho clinic in Santa Ana.
The role:
- Salary Range $80,000 to $95,000 annually + Productivity Incentives + Benefits.
- Individual salaries dependent on experience and job-related factors.
- Full-Time, 30-40 Hours M-F

Position Summary:
- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic physical therapy (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
