We are seeking a dependable and organized Material Handler to play a vital role in our daily operations. This role involves the efficient handling of materials within our facility and assistance with ensuring timely deliveries to our valued clients. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent service, we want to hear from you.


In this role you will

· Assist with material handling and inventory management within our facility.

· Pull and stage building material products (lumber, cabinets, windows, doors, decking, siding)

· Load and unload materials on various truck types (semi, box truck, flat bed)

· Assist customers with loading materials.

· Operate material handling equipment.

· Follow all safety procedures and personal protection requirements.

· Working in all weather conditions.

· Assist, when necessary, with hot shot deliveries using 1-Ton, 2-Ton, and Box Trucks.

Requirements:

· Experience working in a warehouse or distribution yard.

· Ability to obtain a DOT Med Card.

· Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs. repeatedly) and operate material handling equipment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Familiarity with local area.


Preferred Experience:

· Experience with building materials.
