As a Project Coordinator at 1-800-Packouts of GA, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting project management and ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:


Project Support and Coordination:

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:

  • Quickly assess challenges and find practical solutions with limited information or guidance.
  • Analyze project issues and risks, proposing alternative approaches to overcome obstacles.
  • Make informed decisions to keep projects moving forward and meet deadlines.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Track project metrics and key performance indicators to measure success.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and updates related to the project.
  • Proactively address any potential conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks and reviews to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project processes and improve project efficiency.
  • Proactively seek feedback from team members to implement lessons learned in future projects.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a quick-thinking and adaptable approach.
    • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and solve problems under tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
