Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocal welding and fabrication shop in need of a painter. Painter will be painting finished products in a paint booth. Will wear a paint suit and a respirator for this work. Painter should have some prior knowledge of industrial painting and experience using an air gun. Duties include but are not limited to sanding, prepping materials, and painting parts. Will also keep the shop clean and possibly work in other areas doing clean up or assistant work. Starting pay is $17/hr with an evaluation after 30 days and possibility of raise. Raises can occur faster based on experience level or how quickly someone trains on the work.
Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30. Occasional Saturday work. Opportunities for overtime. Paid holidays and sick time provided.
