Medical Receptionist

Concord’s newest wellness clinic offering turn-key lifestyle & integrative medicine with innovative and personalized approach to patient care, revolutionizing the landscape of longevity and anti-aging lifestyle medicine. QALY Wellness is seeking a motivated customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and patients.

Responsibilities:

· Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.

· Sell vitamins and adjunct therapies through our POS (point of sale) system.

· Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.

· Provide general office support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

· Assist with inventory management and ordering of vitamins and office supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

Pay: From $18.00 - $20 per hour commensurate on experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.

- Interest in wholistic medicine and therapies.

- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
