Who we are: Founded in 2011 and in Chandler, Arizona, we are a family owned and operated, rapidly growing company.  We were recognized in 2023 by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce as one of the best large employers in Chandler.  Our primary location is a 159,000 square foot / 13-acre Fabrication and Coating Facility.  Our services include Civil Engineering, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Structural Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Steel Fabrication, and Industrial Coatings. We serve customers across the Southwest United States and have completed projects in Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, and Colorado.

Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel).  Feel free to submit your resume to schedule an interview (Monday – Friday).

Revolution Industrial is looking for skilled Iron Welders with commercial industrial experience. To be consider for this position you must have your OSHA 10/30 Certification and 2 years of Experience as a Steel Erector working on commercial buildings at different heights.

Multiple Positions Available - Day Shift = 5Days/10 Hour Shifts

Iron Worker 26-28/hr

Iron Welder 28-30/hr = Must be able to pass a 3G/4G - SMAW - Stick Weld Test

Per Diem - In Select Locations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work at Heights of 10 ft +

Practices Safety Procedures and Policies

Performs Maintenance on Job-Related Equipment

Sets up Welding Equipment in Accordance with the Appropriate Weld Process

Completes Weldments to the applied AWS Welding Code and Blueprint Requirements

Operate Equipment such as Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, etc..

Assemble Hoisting Equipment and Rigging, such as Cables, Pulleys, and Hooks, to Move Heavy Equipment and Materials.

Bolt and Aligned Structural Steel Members in position for permanent Riveting, Bolting, or Welding

Connect Columns, Beams, and Girders with Bolts following Blueprints and Instructions

Physical / Environmental

Work at Heights at 10+ ft

Exposure to Extreme Heat

Exposure to Noise - 80DB - TWA

Frequent Walking, Climbing, Bending, Standing, Sitting and Lifting 40 lbs. or more

Requirements

Have a valid Driver’s License

Must be able to pass a Drug Test

OSHA 10/30 Certification - Preferred 

Supply Basic Iron Working Tools
