Job Details:
We are hiring independent maintenance technicians. Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location. This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Plumbing, Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs.
  • Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues.
  • Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.

Payment Method:
  • Weekly (Thursday or Friday).
