Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct showings for available multi-family units.
  • Follow up with prospects, guiding them through the application process.
  • Utilize various media and marketing materials to advertise available properties.
  • Stay updated on market trends to understand the needs and preferences of potential tenants.
  • Build relationships with clients and turn prospects into residents, ensuring high occupancy rates.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Leasing Agent.
  • 2+ years of property management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
