Job Summary:
Crossroads Hyundai, a leading automotive dealership in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Automotive BDC (Business Development Center). This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our marketing department, with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year. As an Automotive BDC, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by managing and cultivating leads through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all incoming leads through various communication channels, including phone, email, and website inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and thorough information
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Utilize various software and systems to accurately track and manage customer interactions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer leads
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to promote sales and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales
- Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
