What you’ll be doing:

  • The Site Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, training, scheduling, and leading team members, profitably growing the business, maintaining overall location cleanliness and high product quality, and other duties that benefit the company and take care of our guests

A day in your life might include…

  • Managing a team of high-quality assistant managers, sales associates, and maintenance professionals
  • Drive quality and excellent customer service through the daily management of employees and site programs
  • Effectively answers all customer questions and handles complaints
  • Manage sales and volume/ maximize sales opportunities at the site level by directing on-site sales & promotional efforts, while also controlling labor costs
  • Prepare daily deposits, safe reconciliation, and other reports, as required
  • Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for assigned locations, ensuring daily openings and closings are on schedule, and that standards and procedures are maintained
  • Ensure all training and development of site staff to company standards, through training
  • Appropriately address employee performance issues and recognize top talent
  • Monitor and manage the site through cleanliness, value, equipment operation, and service
  • Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth
  • Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory
  • Monitor service quality, and tunnel operations thus minimizing customer incidents
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Create and promote a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program
  • Create a positive & high-energy environment, while also selling & cultivating a culture of coaching within your location
