JOB TITLE: Truck Final Assembly Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Truck Final Assembly

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt



Purpose and Scope: As a Truck Final Assembly Supervisor at Sage Oil Vac, Inc., you will lead and oversee the final assembly stages of our cutting-edge fluid exchange systems. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that the assembly process is carried out to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will manage a team of assemblers, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to the success of our innovative products.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree or relevant certification are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in final assembly or manufacturing.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in assembly
    • Knowledge of quality control and assurance
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
    • Commitment to safety and the ability to maintain a safe work
