Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptioniBUYPOWER is looking for a self-driven, collaborative and organized individual to join our RTV department as a RTV Associate. This individual is responsible for processing return merchandise. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Post vendor returned products into Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system, check product condition, or close on time.
  • Create inventory transfer/refurbished transfer for qualified products, consolidate into boxes and pallets, prepare the documents, and ship accordingly to vendor.
  • Use Pallet jack or hand truck to pick up packages from the dock and transfer back to working area.
  • Maintain working area by keeping it clean and organized.
  • Check e-mails on a daily basis to monitor RMA submissions and RMA concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Basic Computer knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware is a plus.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means receiving the second dose in a two-dose series (i.e. Pfizer, Moderna), or a single-dose vaccine (i.e J&J). Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
