Position Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or Higher level of education to include but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Human Services, Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, etc is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• 1-2 years’ experience with Event Marketing, Customer Service, Call Center, Community Non- Profit Engagement and Public Relations or related professions.
• Strong written and communication skills, and Detail Orientation are required
• Perform as a liaison with stakeholders and other external entities
• Oversee all incoming service inquiries via our website, agency line, etc.
• Work interdepartmentally with internal members to support with all incoming referral and marketing needs
• Some travel required. Dominion Care will provide all hotel accommodations, if/when necessary
