Shake-a-licious Supervisor

(aka Assistant Manager)

 

Join our team at Chill Milkshake and Waffle Bar in Magnolia

Are you a passionate milkshake and ice cream enthusiast looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a talented Shake-a-licious Supervisor to join our fun and energetic team.


Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:

●     Help to manage and lead our team of milkshake maestros and ice cream aficionados.

●     Ensure our customers have a delightful and satisfying experience.

●     Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

●     Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.

●     Preform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

●     Accurate cash handling

●     Ensure shop is open on time and appropriately staffed


Qualifications:

●     High school diploma or equivalent.

●     Previous experience in restaurant management or guest service is a plus.

●     Strong leadership and communication skills.

●     Ability to work well under pressure.

●     Excellent customer service skills.

●     Availability to work operational hours, including evenings and weekends.

●     Strong organizational and time management skills.

●     A great smile and positive attitude


License and Certifications:

The State of Texas requires a Food Handlers Card and Food Manager Certification.
