Digital Marketing Specialist


Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will spearhead the digital marketing strategy, leveraging GA4 Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI. They will also be responsible for crafting compelling content tailored to the target audience, focusing on generating valuable insights and fostering enduring engagement. Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, and web design, particularly with WordPress, is essential. The candidate must possess strong communication skills for copywriting, social media management, and project coordination to ensure seamless harmony across all digital channels.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Manage web design projects, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and optimized user experiences, with WordPress proficiency as a bonus.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis using tools like GA4 Google Analytics to identify trends, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing assets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing automation efforts to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Write compelling copy for various digital channels to effectively communicate brand messaging and drive conversions.
  • Lead project management activities to ensure timely and successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics derived from digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, using GA4 Google Analytics and other relevant tools. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
