Large and progressive farm in northwest Iowa that continues to grow and evolve in size, technology and innovation is looking for an experienced farm hand to join their strong row crop operation

This position consists of running all new and latest technology plant - harvest equipment including large boom sprayers,

The farm offers very competitive pay that includes base pay, bonuses through the year, housing options and more in benefits. The pay will realistically range from $50,000 to 70,000 in base way that after bonus can yield upwards of 80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, work ethic and operation success.
