At Unity, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalized, inclusive, and well-rounded education, with a distinct focus on each child's long-term growth and development as both skillful learners and active members of society.

Given these qualities, Unity's most important resource is the talent and dedication of our faculty and staff. At its core, a school is only as good as the learning experience of students over the course of each day. We invest significant time and resources to ensure that we, as a team, are providing all of our students with daily learning experiences that are healthy, safe, engaging, supportive, and appropriately challenging.

OUR TEAM AND WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

As a team of mission-driven, career educators, we are tenacious in our pursuits and strong in our shared convictions:

    1. We take pride in perfecting our craft and putting our full heart into everything we do.

    2. As "warm demanders," we balance our high expectations with high support.
  4. We are a team of educators who all take full responsibility to develop our students as whole-hearted human beings.
    1. We embrace the vibe of being a small, community-based, open-enrollment school.
    2. We hustle to offer a rich and bountiful education in the liberal arts and sciences along with extensive extracurricular opportunities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Physics Teacher at Unity, each day is an opportunity to shape young minds and advance students' skills. You will plan and facilitate standards-aligned, engaging lessons; differentiate your lessons to cater to your students' diverse learning styles, and provide remediation such that all of your students are demonstrably growing. Moreover, you will model and actively build healthy habits and character skills among our students through the promotion of Unity's strong and vibrant school culture.
