  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Establish Professional relationship with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Our Ideal Inside Sales Rep has the following skills/qualities/experience:Experience working for a start-up business, preferably oil field related.Ability to work in a team environment or alone with minimal supervision.Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to other team members, as well as customers.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work well under limited supervision.Warm personality with strong communication skillsExtreme organizational skillsAdaptabilityProblem solverRadiates professionalismStrong time management skillsDependable/Reliable

Required:2+ Years experience with Sales1+ Year Oil field parts/Field Experience2+ Years Customer Service ExperienceHigh school diploma or associate degreeMust be able to pass a physical and drug screen including random drug screeningMust have a valid driver licenseMust be able to lift up to 45lbs and handle parts.
