Currently we are seeking a Wiring Technician to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person will be instrumental in installing final electrical, wiring components, and bolt-on assemblies to the garbage trucks as one of the last steps before mounted onto the chassis. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Your Role in Our Mission:
  • Utilize hand, air, and power tools to bolt on and assemble fabricated metal components.
  • Prepare wire looms, mount lights and switches, add reflectors to cover sheets, and wire finished product efficiently.
  • Take pride in the accuracy of your work by following specifications, work orders, and known practices.
  • Inspect and test your own work for function and appearance.
  • Ensure safety through operating equipment in a safe manner and reporting any hazards associated with equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
To Perform this Job Successfully:
  • 1 year of preferred experience with:
    • 12-volt DC
    • Forklift operation;
    • Manual/power tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including effective listening skills with teammates.
  • Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
