Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will also have experience running an edge banding machine and, preferably, experience in making laminate countertops and other phases of cabinet production. Bilingual English/Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines and edge banding machines with precision.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assist in the design and manufacturing process using the 32mm system.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the shop.

Requirements:

  • Experienced CNC Operator.
  • Experience with edge banding machines.
  • Experience making laminate countertops a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
