In this newly created role, you will be responsible for Analyzing historical and current financial data to support planning and drive strategic decision making.

As a member of our Finance leadership team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
• Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to analyze and monitor costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies and initiatives.
• Support the quarterly forecasting process by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and incorporate them into accurate financial projections.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and promote a progressive quality culture.
• Successfully attain performance period accountabilities established by the employee and their supervisor.
• Successfully attain budget/business objectives.
• Comply with corporate policies and procedures.
• Comply with regulatory and industry standards.
