Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and repair HVAC ductwork in residential and commercial settings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installation procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ductwork-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC duct installation is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with HVAC system components and their functions.
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

The HVAC Installer must be able to exercise good judgment and carry out written and verbal instructions. Your job responsibilities also include extended hours as an essential function of your position because company workloads are subject to change regularly.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
