Developing and building robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance,

Service Delivery, etc.

Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

Reviewing and Governing business process documents, application and technical specifications,

test plans, and cutover plans for go-live sites.
