Roofing Supervisor

PAY & PERKS

This position will receive a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience and skills. This position will receive a variety of benefits, including vacation time and paid holidays, as well as a company phone, an iPad, fuel reimbursements, and a vehicle or car allowance. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This position will work a regular schedule of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall results of our roofing and remodeling projects, both in the office and out in the field. You will have the opportunity to meet with homeowners and potential clients, reviewing their desired work and providing expert recommendations. You will schedule and attend pre-planning sessions with contractors, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project expectations and timelines. Before roofing work begins, you will schedule and conduct pre-roofing meetings and inspections to ensure that all necessary preparations have been made. Your exceptional project management skills will shine as you oversee the management of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will maintain detailed job site records, daily reports, delay requests, and weather reports to keep everyone informed and maintain transparency throughout the process. As issues and problems arise, you will use your technical and contractual expertise to resolve them swiftly and effectively. Your presence at weekly schedule meetings will be critical to keeping the team aligned and on track.

• High school diploma or equivalent
