  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
  • Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
  • Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
  • Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
  • Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM located in Austin, TX

Compensation: $19.00-$25.00 Hourly Wage

About Aspen Kralichs Agency: Aspen is a Class of 2001 Texas A&M University Graduate. She has been with State Farm for 17 years and is a 3rd generation State Farm Agent. Aspen is a local Austinite and a central Austin, Tx resident that serves the community she lives in. She is a full-service Agent, offering not only coverage for Life, Home, Car, Condo, Renters, Business, and Boats but also drones, tablets and computers. Shes got you and all you hold dear, covered.
