Job Summary:
The Sales Appointment Scheduler at Frank Kent Motor Company will play a key role in supporting the sales team by scheduling appointments with potential customers for vehicle sales. This individual will be responsible for managing the dealership's appointment setting process, ensuring that the sales team has a consistent flow of qualified leads to follow up on. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Appointment Scheduler will receive a competitive salary of $2500 to $6000 per month, paid semimonthly. In addition, they will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
- Use multiple channels (phone, email, etc.) to reach out to potential customers and schedule appointments for vehicle sales
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, answering questions and providing information about the dealership and its services
- Maintain an accurate and organized scheduling system to ensure timely and efficient follow-up by the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their availability and work to schedule appointments that fit their availability and customer preferences
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customers and colleagues
- Continuously stay updated on the dealership's inventory and promotions to effectively promote and schedule appointments
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets set by the sales team and management
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using various software and systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
