This position is within the Legal Fulfillment team. Legal Fulfillment is responsible for providing world-class Client solutions for entity formation, estate planning, beneficial ownership compliance, and future legal-related product lines.


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-aware individual to join our Legal Fulfillment Department as a Paralegal Team Lead. This role is essential for identifying opportunities, formulating solutions, and implementing effective strategies to ensure the successful delivery of existing and new product offerings. The Paralegal Team Lead will also be responsible for structuring and building a fulfillment team to manage high volume client-requests.


Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Identification and Solution Implementation: Proactively identify opportunities and formulate effective solutions to address them.

2. Product Development: Create specifications, systems, requirements, and other necessary aspects for delivering existing or new product lines.

3. Team Management: Determine staffing requirements, responsibility in team formation, train teams, and ensure they are set up for success to carry the product forward.

4. Project Management: Manage one or more products at a time, typically not more than 2 or 3 concurrently. Transition to new projects upon product launch.

5. Specification Input: Provide significant input into the creation and functionality of products, beyond mere execution of pre-defined plans.

6. Adaptability: Thrive in a highly variable work environment that demands critical analysis and creative problem-solving.

7. Constructive Challenge: Challenge current company practices, assumptions, and proposed solutions constructively while being open to implementing others' solutions.

8. Collaboration: Assertively contribute in an environment where the best ideas win, regardless of their source.
