Summary/Objective
Supervise and coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, employee relations budgeting, staffing, safety, and daily/monthly/yearly production goals. Comply with ISO standards
Essential Functions

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with leading a team
- Experience in the automotive logistics industry
- Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card)
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct reports.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
This position also operates in an outside environment, exposed to changing weather conditions.
Physical Demands
Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
