Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.
An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with general contractors, tracking shipments, confirming site details, and taking initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Communicate effectively with general contractors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors to foster positive partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or discrepancies.
- Update customers and relevant stakeholders on the status of their orders and provide proactive solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Create and modify customer orders in company's ERP system on a regular basis.
- Set up quotes, review sales orders, acknowledge receipt of orders in online systems as necessary.
- Confirm site details and requirements with customers to ensure accurate delivery and installation of products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline site logistics and minimize disruptions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution, demonstrating initiative and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus in all interactions, ensuring that the needs and concerns of customers are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized support and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent applications.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
