Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our clinical department. This position offers a competitive salary of $42 per hour (Approximately $90,000 annual salary). It includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and an annual bonus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with established standards of care and practice.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to facilitate comprehensive care planning and management.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure staff compliance with continuing education and professional development requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the healthcare facility, patients, families, and the community.
- Address and resolve any issues related to patient care or staff performance.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license to practice in Indiana.
- Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN); Masters Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership, managerial role, home care experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team and deal with complex situations.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and systems.
