• Previous working experience as Warehouse Personnel a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Primary Purpose
The Warehouse RGA (Return Goods Authorization) responsibilities include receiving shipments, checking for damage, inspecting returned items, repackaging returned items, and returning the good product back to stock. The goal is to inspect the returned product to prevent company loss due to damage and returns.
Major Responsibilities:

• Receive in UPS/FedEx small package deliveries.
• Receive in pallet shipment or LTL shipments from carriers.
• Check product received in to make sure it is ours and not damaged. If damaged make notation so we can file freight claim.
• Prepare good, returned product so it can be returned to stock.
• Fill out and turn in RGA paperwork to the traffic department so they can issue credit properly.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate and cooperate with all coworkers.

• Manage property, communicate with property management about property issues. Communicate with Fire Marshall to make sure we stay in code compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy / awkward shaped objects.
