Now hiring an Outreach Liaison for our intensive outpatient facility in Metairie, LA

What You'll Do

• • Oversee admissions and intake, ensuring smooth client onboarding and accurate records.
  • Engage with clients to secure and maintain their commitment to the program.
  • Visit referring facilities regularly, facilitate groups, and build a strong presence.
  • Identify treatment barriers and work with clients and the treatment team to minimize them.
  • Facilitate group sessions to understand community needs and support program development.
  • Model recovery principles and professional behavior, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's in Communications or Marketing preferred
• Valid and current state-issued driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Authentic, trustworthy and impactful personality
• Confidentiality, collaboration, and time-management skills

• Where You'll Work

  The outreach coordinator is a hybrid role which includes both in-facility work and outside visits (to potential lead sources) while representing the Avenues Recovery Center Extended Care at Metairie, LA in the local community. The outreach team is a mobile extension of our on-site facility staff, ensuring that the Avenues brand is known and trusted in the local and wider community.
