Client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager who has demonstrable success with larger campgrounds and retail customers.
Profit sharing as bonus which amounts to $17-20k+ per year.
The Sales Manager is involved in all functions that affect sales: marketing, customer quoting and closing, initiating invoices, coordinating shipping with customer and shipping department, and importantly, being the "voice of the customer".
Skills:
1. Ability to "own" the Sales responsibilities and close sales
2. Competence using computer-based software (predominantly Microsoft Office Suite) and internal quoting software.
3. Capable and persuasive communicator
4. Team oriented, collaborative behavior.
Core responsibilities:
1. Work with President to create 100+ sales to Campgrounds.
2. Quote to sell 60 retail PMRV units annually.
3. Administer established sales processes.
4. Collect payment per manufacturing timelines.
5. Champion viable process changes to better meet the needs of the customer.
6. Collect, analyze and report analytics supportive of sales.
