As an Occupational Therapist, you will join the Industrial Rehabilitation team and play a crucial role in treating patients with orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injuries. Your focus will be on functional rehabilitation and helping patients return to work. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.


What youll be doing:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injuries
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on functional rehabilitation and return to work
  • Educate patients on pain neuroscience and utilize motivational interviewing techniques
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided


Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience in orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment
  • Strong focus on functional rehabilitation and return to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatment techniques
  • Must be willing to work in-office in Maple Grove, MN


Nice to have:

  • Experience in pain neuroscience education
  • Experience in motivational interviewing
