HNS Recovery, a leader in vehicle recovery solutions, is seeking a dedicated Storage Lot Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our storage operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage lot, ensuring smooth and efficient processing and handling of vehicles and property.
- Supervise, train and coordinate the activities of lot storage personnel.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the storage area.
- Operate forklifts and other handling equipment; forklift experience is a must.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle inventory management and control measures effectively.
- Conduct regular lot audits and generate reports on inventory and lot status.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field OR 5+ years commensurate experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
