From cashiering to inventory management, your duties will help maintain the overall success of the store, ensuring a clean, bright, and inviting environment. You'll be responsible for customer service, sales activities, and store maintenance to create a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance & Sales: Greet customers, handle transactions, assist with product questions, and promote sales.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and customer loyalty programs like Club Holiday and Car Wash Subscriptions.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and participate in promotional setups.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, balance registers, and follow proper cash management protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to speak and understand English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills are required.
  • Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., outdoors in cold or heat, indoor coolers).
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs) daily.
  • Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
