ChatterNola is seeking a dynamic and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. As a premier pediatric therapy clinic specializing in speech-language and ABA therapy services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our young patients and their families.


Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Metairie, LA

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00)


Job Description:

As a Patient Care Coordinator at ChatterNola, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations of our clinic. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, detail-oriented and possesses outstanding organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. (some college or beyond highly preferred) and a proven track record in a similar role.


Responsibilities:

- Implementing office policies and procedures in line with clinic standards

- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception environment

- Answering phones and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with therapy staff

- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with billing inquiries

- Keeping patient and staff records confidential and up-to-date

- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards


Qualifications:

- B.S. preferred (some college or beyond highly preferred)

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service abilities and a professional demeanor

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to think critically and be results-driven

- Energetic, positive attitude with a focus on patient care
